Steve Martinez
I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. My degrees include a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Management. Certificates and certifications include Human Resource Management, Accounting & Finance, Project Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
I transitioned to a full-time career in real estate after retiring from the United States Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer Career Counselor. My career includes over two decades of helping individuals and families excel - personally and professionally. This provided me with the tools and expertise to naturally transition into being a real estate advisor.
I am now very excited to be active in my community here in Naples, Florida. For me, that starts by building relationships with members of the community and local businesses. It is my goal to provide valuable information for others to make informed decisions that lead to success.
Currently, I am a member of The American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Recent committee appointments for the Naples Area Board of Realtors include the 2019 Community Involvement Committee, the 2020 Government Issues Committee, and the 2021 Realtors Political Action Committee. I enjoy water activities, fishing, and spending time with my family and friends.
I began my career in real estate working with buyers, sellers and renters in 2011. Honesty, attention to detail, understanding of an evolving housing market, an amazing network of professionals and a proven record of closing deals are my trademarks. They helped me earn the top new agent award during my first year as an agent and become a multi-million dollar sales agent. I am also a certified Military Relocation Professional.
I am a proud graduate from the George Washington University and John Marshall Law School. Prior to my career in real estate, I practiced law and continue to hold my D.C. license to practice law. Now, I strive to help ensure success of my real estate clients and focus on family.
